Your money data, handled with care

Monivoxx only needs approximate figures to be useful. Here is exactly what we store, where, and how you stay in control.

• No bank logins

  We never ask for your e-banking password and can't move money. Everything you enter is typed in by you or read from a file you choose.

• Strict database access

  Every table uses row-level security: each account can only ever read its own rows. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our database provider (Supabase).

• Payments by Stripe

  Card and TWINT payments are handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never see or store card numbers.

• Bank files stay on your device

  When you import a statement, it is read and categorised in your browser. Only monthly totals per category are saved — never individual transactions or account numbers.

• No ads, no data selling

  We don't sell or share your data and don't show ads. Our analytics are cookie-free and only count visits and steps (e.g. "assessment completed"), never your answers.

• Independent

  We earn no commissions from banks, insurers or pension providers. Comparisons are ranked by cost to you, nothing else.

• Emails you control

  Account emails (welcome, end of trial, receipts) plus optional weekly summaries and reminders — each optional email has a one-click unsubscribe.

• Export and delete anytime

  Download everything we store about you as a file, or delete your account permanently in Settings. Any subscription is cancelled automatically.

• Reporting a problem

  Found a security issue? Write to mail@monivoxx.com — we reply quickly and credit responsible disclosure.
