Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of monivoxx.com, operated by Monivoxx (contact: mail@monivoxx.com). By using the service or subscribing you agree to them.
1. The service
Monivoxx is a personal financial education and organization tool. Based on the information you enter, it calculates a Financial Health Score and, for a fee, produces a personalized report with a budget, a 90-day action plan and illustrative projections.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to subscribe.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Results depend entirely on that information.
4. Membership, price and payment
Monivoxx Premium is available monthly at CHF 9.99 / month or yearly at CHF 99.99 / year (including any applicable VAT), billed in advance through Stripe for the period you choose. The membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing in your account settings. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; you can cancel before a new price applies.
Free trial. If you have never had Monivoxx Premium before, a subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. Otherwise the first payment is taken when the trial ends, and we remind you by email about three days before.
12-month pass. Instead of a subscription, you can pay CHF 99.99 once (for example with TWINT) for 365 days of access. A pass does not renew automatically; you can extend it during its last 60 days.
5. Money-back guarantee, cancellation and right of withdrawal
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, write to mail@monivoxx.com within 30 days of your first payment (first payment after a trial, or the purchase of a pass) and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Your membership then ends. The guarantee applies once per person.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (month or year); you keep access until then and are not charged again. Apart from the guarantee above, payments already made are not refunded pro rata. Premium content is digital content made available immediately after payment. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example for consumers in the EU), you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has started. If the service is unavailable due to a problem on our side, contact us and we will find a fair solution.
5a. Market data and news
Market prices, exchange rates and interest rates are provided by third parties, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are for information only. News headlines link to their publishers, who are responsible for their content.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The service, its design and content belong to Monivoxx. Your report is for your personal use.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the report, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for gross negligence and intent remains unaffected.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in your settings.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the website. These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
