Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The assessment, your Financial Health Score, your category scores and three key insights are free. Monivoxx Premium — the complete report plus the Savings Finder, bank import, trackers, markets, rates and research — costs CHF 9.99 / month, or CHF 99.99 / year.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, in two clicks from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Where does your data come from?
Rates and inflation come live from the Swiss National Bank; health-insurance premiums from the Federal Office of Public Health; household figures from the Federal Statistical Office; investing facts from published studies such as Pictet, UBS and S&P SPIVA. Every figure links to its source.
Do I need to create an account?
Not for the free assessment. Your answers stay in your browser until you decide to unlock the full report, at which point we create an account so you can access your report and dashboard later.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. You enter approximate amounts yourself, or import a CSV file that is read on your device. We never ask for bank logins, and we never see your card details — payments are handled by Stripe.
Is this financial advice?
No. Monivoxx is a financial education and organization tool. It analyzes the information you provide and explains it in plain language. It does not recommend specific financial products or investments.
How is my score calculated?
With fixed, transparent rules: Cash Flow 25%, Emergency Fund 20%, Savings 20%, Debt 15%, Investments 10% and Goals 10%. The same answers always give the same score.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, at any time, from your account settings. You can also export everything we store about you.
