How to export or delete your data

If you only took the free assessment

Your answers were never stored on our servers. They live in your browser's local storage. To remove them, clear this site's data in your browser settings, or start a new assessment with "Start over".

If you have an account

• Export: log in, open Settings and choose "Export my data". You receive a JSON file with everything we store about you.
• Delete: in Settings, type DELETE and confirm. Your account, answers, scores, reports and plan progress are deleted immediately and permanently.

Payment records (amount, date, Stripe reference) are retained for 10 years as required by Swiss accounting law, with no link to your deleted account.

Can't log in?

Email mail@monivoxx.com from the address linked to your account and we will process your request within 30 days.
